“My family recommended I see Dr. Patel when I finally decided to try Xeomin to even out my face after being diagnosed with chronic Bell’s Palsy. I know I wanted to see someone with a skill set to make my face look close to what it looked like before. I didn’t want to see someone who might go overboard with units and potentially end up with a more uneven face (which I have experienced before being diagnosed with Bell’s).

Dr.Patel exceeded my expectations. Not only does she have great bedside manners, but she is conservative with the number of units while addressing my concerns. She also is very honest with what she wants to try out to even my face and what would definitely not work. “A friend introduced me to Beauty Lab Salon and has been a client ever since. Even though I live in New York City, I've been coming to the salon for years. Initially, I visited for color, highlights, and cuts, but in the past couple of years, I've also been getting extensions done. I have to say, the service, professionalism, and knowledge at the salon are outstanding. It's such a welcoming and warm place. Ms. Monika is exceptional - she has the best knowledge when it comes to both coloring and extensions. I have very thin hair, but thanks to her, I've never had more beautiful hair. The quality of the extensions and the technique is perfect.

I couldn't help but notice a negative review by Karolina Charylo, and I was shocked by how she compared herself to people who are sick with cancer. I lost a family member to cancer, and I found her comments to be very cruel. It's important to note that having extensions is not just about adding hair to your head. It's crucial to gain knowledge and learn how to brush and take care of them; otherwise, you might end up damaging your hair. It's not just about how the hair is done but also about how you take care of it.
