Dr. Mendoza is excellent at taking care of his patients! For the first visit he does a series of questions and an x-ray exam to make sure he targets one’s problem. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. Very easy making appointments too.

I was looking for a chiropractor and went to IL Spinal Care through a recommendation. I have back issues and need continuous adjustments to keep me pain-free. I also had arm surgery months earlier and was looking for help with the tightness in my shoulder and upper back. Dr. Mendoza loosened up the tightness in the area which greatly improved the range of motion in my shoulder. He’s been helping me stay pain-free, which has allowed me to stay active.
