Anthony showed up at the appointed time. He proceeded to inspect all our HVAC units. After he was done he informed us, and had a recommendation to keep an eye out for one of our older units due to it's age. Anthony was friendly, courteous, and professional.

Ari did an amazing job, he was kind, professional and extremely helpful as we discovered all the other issues my renters had caused with the plumbing. He also didn’t try to upsell anything but was extremely honest.

We've been Five Stat customers for more than 15 years following a referral from a relative. Theses guys are OUTSTANDING. Most recent experience was a screaming, old humidifier. Isaac, the tech, was punctual and knocked off the job very quickly. I like the fact they keep you informed of when their person is on the way. Highly recommend this firm!
