I reached out through request a quote, I was specifically waiting for this company to reply to make my decision. I got a rude "we don't provide this service" reply. I was answered much faster and way more kinder from other companies in the area. I did reply to see if I just did something wrong in my request. Then I was told they just don't have the room.... I understand, then you shouldn't have a request for quote button. I went with a different company and thank the lord. If you reply to potential customers like that I do not want to do business with you. 3 stars because I did not get service and I did get an actual answer after reaching for it.

Ela came and did our first inital clean last week and I'm still amazed! She was friendly, detailed and our house has never looked better. From the lemon-y smell of their cleaning products to our bedrooms looking like they just got a fresh coat of paint- each room was spotless. We have 2 black dogs and 3 people living in our townhome, so it is no small feat to get all of those dustbunnies. Ela was here for several hours upon the first cleaning, so make sure you set aside (1) whole day for your first visit. It is worth it! I am beyond happy we decided to go with EcoBubbles Cleaning Service. We have scheduled bi-weekly cleanings because we couldn't believe how much happier we are in our shiny and clean house. Anna and Ela are both wonderful! Very efficient, lovely people, and are awesome to work with. I don't do anything to prepare except write a check and put new sheets folded up so they can change the sheets. Easy breezy - they bring all of their own supplies and equipment. Used them for gosh...eight years? I even moved 25 miles away and they were still able to accommodate me. You will love how clean your house is when you come home! :)
