Crisp-N-Clean Dry Cleaners

NOTE: You will be charged a hefty fee for using a credit or debit card. This is not mentioned when you pay and there are no visible signs alerting you to the fee. And it's a large fee! Typical credit card fees range from 1.5% to 4% and this place charges 4%. They really need to post a clear sign about this near the cash register and also tell customers. Because of this, I wanted to give them only 3 stars, but in all fairness, the dry cleaning has been good and the tailoring decent.

This place ruined an expensive shirt of mine! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your dry cleaning.I had never been to this dry cleaning location before and decided to give it a try... big mistake. I dropped off some clothing, including an expensive shirt I bought recently that was getting dry cleaned for the first time. When I picked my items up I noticed that the graphic on the shirt looked like it had been scraped off in multiple areas. I showed it to the employee there and she literally told me, "Return it back to where you bought it from. The manufacturer has incorrect cleaning instructions on the washtag and it's not our fault". This place ruined an expensive shirt of mine! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your dry cleaning. I had never been to this dry cleaning location before and decided to give it a try... big mistake. I dropped off some clothing, including an expensive shirt I bought recently that was getting dry cleaned for the first time. When I picked my items up I noticed that the graphic on the shirt looked like it had been scraped off in multiple areas. They promised me that they would get it fixed and to come back next week. I came back and guess what? The shirt is in EVEN WORSE condition (I attached a pic). The employees continued to try and blame the clothing brand instead of taking responsibility. Not only that, but they refused to offer me any type of compensation. I had to argue with the employee just to get a refund for this even though they ruined it!!! I'm sure the manager will respond with a bogus response, just like they did for the other 1 star reviews. Take my advice and the advice of the other guy who had their clothing messed up by this place... don't come here.
