I went to Walmart Saturday August 17 2024 and my tech was Ravin she worked with me on the issue I had with a recent purchase she was so professional on the issues and is working on it at this time i will follow up with this wensday thanks Ravin richard smith ottawa il

Awesome staff! A nose pad broke off of my glasses earlier during the week, so I went in looking for some insight how to fix it. As soon as I told them what I was looking for the lady reached for my glasses and without hesitation told me exactly what I needed, and fixed both nose pads for me! As somebody who’s new to glasses, she made me feel so welcomed and definitely went above and beyond. I wish I caught her name but thank you again.
