ever since I received my drivers license I've been with State Farm in Ottawa Illinois, why because there the best around agents that are prompt with there education of insurance . all forms life , auto, home Atv/ motorcycle , Ect if you have a questions they are a walking example why you don't need to choose any other insurance, they even have someone who is bi lingual , the save me money with the safe drive modular that sits in your vehicle making driving feel cool which is motorized on an app. Everyone is trying to safe a buck in the economy I feel like this business gives me a fair price for what I'm looking for - an now that I am a recently new home... read full review
I am very pleased with their services. Front desk person was very welcoming and efficient. Brett was very welcoming and not pushy. He was very thorough and efficient presenting options and gathering information. I was very pleased.
We have been with Brett Dyche longer than I can remember now insuring our home, cars and motorcycles. Never had anything less than impeccable service. Very quick to answer any questions and take care of changes. Also, we have gotten a personal birthday voicemail from Brett every year since we have been with his office. Not a pre-recording. Puts a smile on my and my husbands face every time.
