So unfortunately my last experience here was almost the darn same as another persons....I've been to them 4 times now and the first 3 times were great. The lady always did such a great job cleaning my eyebrows up. Took her time, sculpted them for me...Always left happy. This last time however was a new lady. She kept moving my hands for me on where to hold which I didnt think was bad, but i felt like she was rushing. And yep I was right, she had cut me in the middle on my face by my nose. Also afterwards my skin hurt more then normal, as if they got burnt. ? I hadn't noticed right away but OMG they are way too thin. I asked her to clean them up not thin them out. I really want to give this place 5 stars because they do a good job on my eyebrows. The last person that took care of me, asked me twice if i wanted my mustache threaded. I politely said no and that i would be just getting my eyebrows threaded. Then, she asked a second time that when i sternly said no and do not ask me that again. Note to management: If this situation occurs again, i will not come back. I am the consumer, i will decide what i will spend my money on.

Oh and let me not forget she took more off my left eyebrow so yeah thanks for that. 😑I'm so disappointed and definitely will NOT be back on Monday!
