11:45 AM on a Sunday morning and my water softener decided to break a seal and spray water all over my basement. Before I knew it, there was a half an inch of water in my basement. I called one company that said they could not help me but told me I should call Servpro of Kendall County, and that they’ll have somebody out immediately. Within one hour I had a professional crew of two technicians, Enrique was in charge, his partner was right on it…and immediately I knew I was in good hands. Felipe and his team = ROCKSTARS. Never before have I had workers in my home that were so considerate of my belongings, home and time. I am very impressed. Don’t even hesitate! If your home needs work, these are the ones you need. PLUS they were the least expensive of the quotes I received.
I just wanted to drop a quick note to express my gratitude to Gene and his team for their incredible help and hard work in getting our house finished.
