When I first inquired about Oswego’s Seattle Sutton, Eileen’s kindness and knowledge of the product was evident. She asked questions to understand my needs and helped point me in the direction to best fit what I was looking for. Preparing a meal for one can be difficult, but Seattle Sutton has really made meals so easy while also being nutritious & delicious. Their meals are healthy, portion controlled and there is so much variety, it doesn’t become boring. I have been eating Seattle Sutton for years & because the menus are updated often I don’t feel like I’m eating the same things over and over. I really like that’s it’s all fresh, nothing frozen - and that it’s easy to take with you or to have a nice meal at home. I love this program. I’ve been able to get off some meds due to the weight loss. Eileen runs this location and she’s the best. She is always available to answer questions and help you be successful on the program. I’ve even got my husband to try it and he loves it too!
