Staff is great. Clean facility. Kristin, the groomer, always does a great job. Our dog is getting up there in age, so he's become a little more timid. But she understands and takes the time and an understanding approach. He always look great after the grooming session.
Our dog was treated by Dr Hall. Dr Hall is knowledgable, compassionate and professional. She listens to concerns symptoms and offers treatment options.
She follow ups with labs and test results when she says she will.
I completely trust her with care of my dogs. Her level of care to human and pets is a skill not taught in school, it is genuine.

Dr Hall went above and beyond to care for our little dog that needed emergency surgery. She took the time and gave the love that other places did not. She showed compassion and used her skills to put our dog on the road to recovery rather than having her wait days to be taken care of at other animal hospitals. Her staff followed up to see how our little dog was doing. Highly recommend Dr Hall and her staff.
