Mister Sparky went above and beyond to fix our electrical issue. We had a partial power outage at our home due to a broken electrical cable coming into our home. Diagnosing the problem was complex and Mister Sparky helped us find a specialist to trace the line to find the break. They then found a temporary and permanent solution that restored our power (and Air conditioning when it was 90° outside).
Mister Sparky went above and beyond in a few ways: (1) they called Comed for us when we weren't sure what to ask for, (2) they let us borrow portable AC units during the outage, (3) they did some landscaping work while we were waiting for a landscaping team to arrive... read full review

I was very impressed with Mister Sparky and how responsive they were to my inquiry, sending me a link so I could add them to my contacts, and a picture of the electrician coming so I would recognize him at the door. Terry was fantastic. He knew his stuff, was very friendly, and very patient with my questions and comments. I am so happy to know that we now have an electrician we can trust. We highly recommend Terry and Mister Sparky. Edited to add: We have had Terry come out to do more work, and we’re just as happy the second time.
