I found the Dunn Family to be very professional and supportive during our time of grief. They walked us through the questions/process. We came in on a Monday, and everything was processed so swiftly, we had our urn ready for pick up the same week on Friday. I could not be more pleased with this family run company.
Nothing that stands out in terms of service. They did the cremation so applause for that. Felt impersonal. In terms of their cremation certificate, I have seen pets with nicer and more professional looking certificates. They got the job done, I guess.
We have been there several times to discuss prepaying my mother’s funeral. Maradee has been patient, helpful, professional and compassionate each and every time. Her sense of humor and ability to connect with both with me and my mom has made uncomfortable conversations go smoothly. I highly recommend both Maradee and Dunn Family Home.
