We are extremely happy with Advantex Restoration out of Oswego Il. After two recent storms with high winds in North Aurora Il we had a leak on our kitchen ceiling. Jim Klingbeil, the owner, identified where the potential problem might be. The existing flashing was removed and part of the siding, and then it was determined that an ice and water shield be installed per village code and window sealant wrap to resolve this leakage problem. I would definitely recommend Advantex, Jim Klingbiel and his staff that performed the repair. Great job.

Called for an inspection after a hailstorm. Picked up on the first call! Was able to schedule an inspection for the very next day.Arrived at my home early! Made great recommendations on what should be done to my roof. Was not a pushy salesman at all.Overall a great experience. Will be calling back for any future needs. Jim came to my house to see what causes the roof leaking the other day. He spent a good 45 minutes looking and putting glue on cracked shingles. He can’t find anything that caused the leaks since everything was intact. I asked him what would be the total cost and he responded “‘I don’t charge you anything since I didn’t find what causes the leaks” I was so thankful that there’s still honest people out there. I once called air conditioning maintenance, he came to the house turned on the main electrical outlet, and charged me $200. Jim, thank you so much for your kindness, and honesty. God bless you abundantly.
