Polar is fantastic.My A/C quit during the last week of June and I got my first estimate from one HVAC provider who did a temporary fix which lasted about 2 days, gave me a verbal quote, and promised to email an estimate the next day which I never received. By the time I received their quote, I had already contacted Polar and they sent one of their best, tenured 'warrior for the customer' to my home. I call Jerry a warrior for the customer because he was available and did a service call on Independence Day -- which surprised me because I didn't expect to hear from Polar on a holiday. He was efficient and explained everything in a way I could understand, answered my questions, and quoted a price that I could afford. Jacob and Nick installed my new unit on Saturday, July 6th (no weekend surcharge!!) and it's performing very well just like Jerry promised.
