I've never experienced a slow motion weight training and fitness program such as "The Perfect Workout", its unique and extremely focused on the individuals goals and expectations. Devin Butler is "top of the line" personal trainer. Devin truly cares and wants to see his clients reach their goals and see success. I've experienced many different workouts, but I'd never worked with a personal trainer in the past. I DEFINITELY feel stronger and at almost 3 months I'm seeing more muscle definition.With a busy life we tend to forget about "ME" time; I love that it's only 20 minutes twice a week.
