If you value your health and time, there is really no other workout. Although it is a tough 20 minutes the workout is extremely efficient and effective. I have been doing this workout for 2 months now. I am much stronger, more balanced and have lost a good amount of weight in a short time. I do couple this workout with better eating habits. My trainer, Kevin, is excellent. Right amount of push, while maintainING safe movements to maximize results. Put in 110% for 20 minutes rather than 50% for an hour or so, several times per week. That is a quote from my trainer and it rings true and helps me push through each 20 minute session. Thank you!
I've never experienced a slow motion weight training and fitness program such as "The Perfect Workout", its unique and extremely focused on the individuals goals and expectations. Devin Butler is "top of the line" personal trainer. Devin truly cares and wants to see his clients reach their goals and see success. I've experienced many different workouts, but I'd never worked with a personal trainer in the past. I DEFINITELY feel stronger and at almost 3 months I'm seeing more muscle definition.With a busy life we tend to forget about "ME" time; I love that it's only 20 minutes twice a week. I have been working out at The Orland Park studio for about a year. I am more than pleased with my results. My first goal was to see progress within the first 3 months. Nailed it! And I continue to get stronger and leaner and this has proven to be the best motivator. This workout checks all of the boxes: I have a dedicated personal trainer who tailors my workouts to my reality; Devin is knowledgeable and targets my areas of concern (while he kicks my butt); the workouts are short, challenging and never the same; we talk about nutrition and how to supplement (or not) what I do and learn twice a week. I can do anything in 3 minute bursts for 20 minutes...and I encourage others to try as well and make their health a priority.
