Had a major plumbing issue a week ago yesterday(last Friday). After running a load of laundry, water had backed up into the house through the downstairs toilet. Thank goodness though, it was just water and no waste. Called your office immediately. Kevin came out within the hour. He was here, well into Saturday morning, cleared the obstruction and resolved the issue but after further investigation, having sent a camera technician(Eric) to the home as suggested, he discovered the blockage was caused by a sheared outside drainage pipe, which over the years had been infiltrated with roots, causing very poor drainage and needed immediate attention to completely resolve the issue and prevent future backups. Ian from your office came out Monday morning, did the proper excavation, removed the damaged pipe and with the help of Matthew(plumber) replaced that section of pipe and reworked some interior piping in the basement as well, to enhance drainage. Then after a thorough inspection, Ian came back immediately and backfilled the hole. All in all, very impressed and 100% satisfied with your service. You’ve got a great crew.
