Polar is fantastic.My A/C quit during the last week of June and I got my first estimate from one HVAC provider who did a temporary fix which lasted about 2 days, gave me a verbal quote, and promised to email an estimate the next day which I never received. By the time I received their quote, I had already contacted Polar and they sent one of their best, tenured 'warrior for the customer' to my home. I found this company last year 2022. I had been using another HVAC company for repairs. This company over the last 4 calls has been wonderful. They pull permits when necessary. I have had 3 repairs on my 2nd floor furnace and my main floor furnace they put a new one in during 2023.
Excellent service.
When my hot water tanks die I will use this company to replace them :)
Now it's 2024 and my two hot water tanks were replaced this year, and the second floor air conditioner. I am happy so far just wish the government would not have interfered with furnace and air conditioning regulations for 2024 and 2025... read full review

The installation of both my furnace and ac unit went great. The guys were great. It was well over 90 degrees and really hot in my house and they still did a great job installing both units. They were courteous and respectful and cleaned up after the job was done. The service I was provided was great and I'm looking forward to years of great service on the maintenance of both units. Thanks Polar heating and air for a job well done !
