After throwing out my back my normal provider was not able to get me in and I reached out to anointed hands who was not only able to get me in but also provided me much needed relief. Thanks again Jamika!“

At Refresh they change-up your routine and keep you challenged as you progress through your therapy sessions! All of the therapists are.thorough and knowledgeable. Their professionalism and expert knowledge about the complete body make me feel very comfortable that I am getting the best treatment available. They are the only clinic i've seen that also offers pilates classes. Once you've made enough progress that you can exercise your whole body they have multiple classes available daily. When I need P.T. I always choose Refresh.“

20280 South La Grange Road, Frankfort“I've tried a few studios around the area but nothing really quite felt at home, nor did any have classes that accommodated the working folks. I started with the intro month and made a promise to myself that even if I didn't feel like it, if I could make a class, I'd go. I'm SO glad I did. I've tried many of the different instructors and they all have their own little quirks. I love them all dearly but Toni is my absolute favorite - she not only plays the singing bowls in the sound baths in a way that is friendly to my misophonia but I love when she sings. I greatly enjoy the variety of classes - I'm a bigger fan of relaxation/meditative/stretching classes and they have many! Everyone that I've come into contact with is great; fellow yogis included. I also love that they sell merch (shirts, crystal jewelry, and locally made candles!) but don't ever try to push any on you. My only complaint is that sometimes, others aren't very conscious of how sound travels so your peace gets interrupted by the pilates instructor through the wall or when they dismiss and they're loud in the lobby. I think the other instructors being conscious of their noise level and a blanket against the door would help tremendously. Other than that - and I've tried many studios - this is THE place to go to feel like you're part of something, while maintaining your anonymity, and for ultimate self-care and relaxation. My physical therapist is elated at my progress from chronic pain/conditions I've had for years after a car accident and that began when I began yoga again. Try it, you won't regret it! There would be more reviews but I'm sure others - like me - hesitate to let the secret out and have the classes booked out :P“
“Rachel and her team are fantastic. I had 12 sessions here and each session was better than the one before. Rachel, Sydney, Ashley, Mike 1, Mike 2, and the other ladies were just personable and relatable. I was very sad when my sessions were over but I was happy they were able to strengthen my shoulder and give me a goodie bag to continue my therapy at home. Highly recommend this location.“
