Dr. Patel was so great! She took her time for the exam and to talk to me about my dry eyes. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and she was so friendly and helpful. Will be coming back and bringing my family!
Vivian was a great help with picking out and getting my glasses all ready, and Dr. Patel was very friendly and informative I learned a lot more than any other eye visit I’ve done.
Good vibes, everyone is friendly even though I was the first appointment. Professional staff and knowledgeable assisting with choice of frames and lens. Doctor was pleasant and clearly told me how my eyes were. Been coming to the Orland Park location for more than 20 years.
