Tom... (owner) albeit a friendly person came to my home unprepared for the job which he was called for. Attempted to request another house call fee.. which I refused to pay, spent an unnecessary amount of time asking personal questions, commenting on my home, the area, asking about the family pics .. you get the idea. This was a business call not social.. He told me how he was going to correct and issue.. then did something not discussed and wanted to charge more. Very inconsistent in pricing. This is what is so difficult... he knows his job. Did a great job in my home. Poor time management skills however. He's a social butterfly plumber who knows his residential plumbing but I get the sense that he'd rather come over and have tea

I hired park plumbing to repair the sillcock on the outside of my house. When he first arrived I asked for an estimate on how much it will cost. I was told around $160. After he was done. I was handed a bill for $260. $100 more then what I was quoted. They did good work but make sure you get a firm quote before agreeing to serviceService: Plumbing pipe repair
