JEM Medspa is my GO TO place for ALL my beauty needs! Emily is amazing at the Diamond glow facial and gives the BEST facial/upper shoulder massage ever! So so relaxing and I see a difference in my skin every single time I leave her!
The other day was my first time getting lip fillers. From the second I walked into the Orland spa i was instantly greeted and offered a beverage. The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. I booked my appointment with Anna and was extremely happy with her professionalism yet very friendly personality. She put my mind at ease and did such a fantastic job. I will definitely be going back to see her again. I highly recommend booking with Anna!
As someone new to the world of medspas, I had a very disappointing experience at another spa. Was recommended to try Jem, and I was blown away. The staff is very kind and incredibly knowledgeable. They discussed realistic options with me and didn't try to upsell me to all types of services I didn't need. It's wonderful to see a company who knows how to offer exceptional customer service!
