Needed to have my furnace checked and Comfort Zone showed up exactly as promised....got a call from them about a cancellation and the earlier time I had originally requested was able to be met! I was thrilled and the technician was fabulous! He answered all of the questions I had and replaced a part that was most definitely needed, which saved me from having to make an emergency call! This company cares about customer service and that is the name of the game! Their pricing was upfront and very fair (by the job, NOT how long they are at your home)! I will be a regular with this company for both heating and air conditioning services.....thanks, Comfort Zone!
