Dr. Polk was amazing! She was very thorough, listened to all my concerns. The service there was great from beginning with Z to Dr. Polk. The selection was a lot and Lupe helped me narrow it down. Definitely recommend 5 Stars!
I’ve been a customer of this location for years and have always had a great experience. The eye Dr. is very nice and professional. She answered all my questions and was very thorough in her answers. I originally went in just for an eye exam, but after talking to a sales rep, Jessica, I couldn’t pass up their sale. Jessica was amazing at finding me the exact frames I was looking for and they were even on super sale too!
Had a great experience at Orland Park location. Cathy was exceptional. She’s so caring at the front desk. She takes her time and explains the process. She did the pre testing and I was very comfortable with her skills. She’s got great eye for helping you pick out frame for your face. The optometrist Dr Angelika was just as great. She was easy going, and knowledgable. Efficient and Good Staff. Highly recommend this place for your contacts and glasses!
