This company was recommended to me by a friend after I told her I was worried about my roof after all the hail storms we had. ***** came out immediately, went up on the roof, took pictures, and worked with me with my insurance company. The insurance company agreed to replace the roof, 1 of 4 skylights, and 3 of 4 sides of gutters. ***** went back up several more times and took more pictures until everything was covered including copper flashing. He was professional and determined to get everything covered. A+Quality Home Improvement was a lifesaver after a severe hail storm damaged our home in May. I'm a senior and couldn't get up on our roof to assess damage. Our insurance company was swamped with claims and kept putting off our home inspection. I was unsure how to proceed. Then I contacted ***** from A+ . On very short notice, he inspected our home, met with the adjuster, did all negotiating for a settlement, and within a few weeks we had a new roof, gutters, and siding.
