“Great 1st time experience with Zark. I reached out on August 9th to have our AC unit looked at and they were out that following Monday August 12th. Our AC was continously running and not turning off. I explained to our tech Bill the situation and he was able to find the issue fairly quickly. We had a leak on the high side Schrader valve. A new core was installed and the unit was charged with refrigerant. The unit has been working great now. Since the install was done by another company that since has retired, Zark absorbed our account and honored the warranty and there was no charge for service and repair. I will be using you guys for future PM's on our HVAC equipment. Thank you“

“Maertin Heating and cooling was great to work with. Our Air Conditioning went out sometime Sunday night to Monday morning. I called as they opened for the day on Monday and they had a serviceman out to our house within 20 minutes of my call. Unfortunately after he looked into troubleshooting our unit he realized it was not fit for repair, and needed to be replaced. I received a proposal with 5 options an hour later and we made our selection and they were able to get us a new unit for the next day ( Thankfully! These were 2 of the hottest days of summer). On Tuesday I received a call about 7:40am letting me know Alec was on his way. When he arrived, he introduced himself and asked where his access points to the unit were so he could start. He was extremely professional. He came to me anytime to make me aware of any issues he was having and explained how he was going to fix them. Alec’s work inside and out was impressive (and much neater than the previous work). Once he had the unit up and running he let me know to close the windows and gave me all my paperwork for our new unit. He cleaned up any kind of debris he had from the installation and left both inside and out looking better then when he came and double checked our gate so that once he was gone our dogs would not get out.
