My brother (Dustin, you’ll see his review as well) called to schedule an emergency appointment as my disabled parents’ basement has sewage coming up into it. Tiger/Spengler scheduled the appointment from 12-4 today 9/3/23, then texted my father AT NOON to say that they wouldn’t be making the appointment. Completely unprofessional. Do not trust.
This company (now called tiger) scheduled an appointment for an emergency service call 12-4 and at noon they messaged to cancel. I called them back to reschedule. They can’t see us for two day for an emergency situation. Sewage is coming up into the house. Not professional. 0 stars. They should have licenses revoked.
Failed to diagnose that my AC coil was leaking after sending a technician out twice. It makes sense now that why they didn’t fix it and we lost out on having them fix it through a warranty claim.
