Once he arrived and saw that we have a new home (8 years) and didn't really need a "remodel", he could have just politely left without offering help with our needs. He did NOT just leave! We basically were looking for someone to install several grab/assist bars, but we have expensive ceramic tile walls and didn't want an amateur messing up the tile. He helped us in deciding what we needed, and made phone calls until he also could provide the name of someone who could help us with the installation.
