“The business side is lacking due to unanswered calls etc. But the installers are kick-butt guys. When your fence is done, it looks great. Would help if they had office staff to answer questions more timely. I was not sure when my work would be done. Even the day scheduled had issues with workers arriving quite late due to prior customer demands. I was not notified of what was happening. If they polished the business side... they'd be hard to beat. My patio is literally 8 ft over from my neighbor. He & I both agreed it needed addressed. A few days before starting I found a different idea to address the issue I was having. Instead of backfilling with rock, which had contributed to the rust, I wanted to have a brick border instead. Joshua was very receptive to the change. The team did a great job and was also very patient with my questions and concerns.
