Jim’s attention to detail during the periodic maintenance check was exemplary. He discovered a failed damper we had not noticed. It resolved 2 rooms which had seemed hot in the summertime, but we thought were due to the windows getting a lot of sun. We consistently get great service from Heritage Heating & Cooling!

Today Heritage tested my 20-year old air-conditioning system. The capacitor is a little weak but will most likely last the rest of the summer. The compressor is also showing some age but will also most likely last the rest of the cooling season. It uses the old kind of freon that nobody has anymore so thankfully it didn't need any freon. I appreciate Heritage not pressuring me to purchase a new air-conditioning system now even though I know it will not last forever.
