I cannot speak highly enough of this office, especially Sheri Miller. Calling to make our initial appointment, I wasn’t sure what to expect as this was our first experience. However the office staff was so easy to work with and so kind on the phone. Then, once we met with Mrs. Miller, our experience was even better. She has been amazing, and has helped my family through a difficult time. My daughter has made such amazing progress. Mrs. Miller helps her through the difficult things, and has taught us some amazing coping skills. Staff and counselor were very friendly.Counselor was 15-20 min late for first appointment.Counselor was 10-15 min late for second appointment.Third appointment was cancelled 40 min prior (due to an understandable family issue.) Was promised someone from the office would give me a call to reschedule ASAP.No attempt was made to reschedule within two weeks. Perfect fit for our family! Very professional, and we can make appointments when it fits our schedule. Ladies at front desk take care of our appointments, insurance, and take great care of us.
