Very professional, friendly, on time, and took care with all furniture and walls. Our carpet had what I thought were impossible stains from kids, pets, and lots of foot traffic but now it looks fantastic! Will be using this company for rugs soon as well as regular cleaning. Super pleased.

Affordable and great customer service! Removed strong pet smell from 7 year old carpet, saving us the cost of replacement! We hired the team from Carpet Care Plus to do a full house carpet clean prior to moving into our newly purchased home with 7 year old carpet. They were able to remove a very strong pet smell in the master bedroom using both wet and dry cleaning methods.
