We got hit w/hail during the March 12th tornado. Even though I couldn’t see any damage, Brad Miller came out a few days later & helped us work w/State Farm to get a new roof installed. Brad made the process easy - he even recommended installing ridge vents - which really cool our house down during the heat waves. Can’t say enough good things about 1st Source & Brad Miller. Our new roof looks great & the entire project only took 1 day.

Can't say enough good things about working with 1st Source! We had hail damage from March 2024 and needed a new roof. Brad connected us with Craig, who managed our project from start to finish. Craig is creative, thoughtful, and an excellent communicator. 1st Source handled every detail including the insurance claim paperwork.

Brad Miller was exceptionally responsive and accommodating providing estimates to replace our whole roof. He worked closely with us during the insurance hail damage claim process, and once the claim was approved had his team scheduled to start within a few days. This was a fairly large roof, and The team showed up at 6:15 am and stayed until 9:00 pm to complete the job. That included removal , installation, and cleanup. Very happy with the results!
