We had water coming into our basement from a drain and contacted the city of Chicago regarding the water in our basement. We wondered if the city main sewer was clogged, or if we needed to repair our main sewer pipe. Yesterday evening, the city water department came out and informed us that the issue was with our main sewer pipe. Now we're thinking how much will this cost and how long will it take to fix.At 9pm, wanting to shop locally (60630) I sent a message to Roots Be Gone and I got a response within the hour. Brian and his team (Tommy & Mike) came out to my house in Hinsdale and took care of the issue. Previously a large well know drain cleaning firm was out before Roots Be Gone and offered me an expensive solution to fix my sewer problem.Brian and his team came out with a special drain equipment (Picote milling machine) and opened up my sewer 99% clear. They also jetted the line to make it like new again. They’re team was friendly and very professional throughout the entire job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone need proficient and affordable drain cleaning.

We needed a drain for our hair salon and Brian and his team came by and installed it for us. We were so pleased with how efficient and fast they worked to get it done for us! The drain is working great and we couldn’t be more pleased with their work.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest company to come out and do work for them.There is no doubt we will use them in the future for other projects when we need them done.
