Pearle Oakbrook Terrace Eye Doctors

The Pearle Vision store employees are very good as are the optometrists that have examined my eyes. The problem is that they recommend Kovach Eye Inst. for further examination by an ophthalmologist. Kovach over schedules to the point of ridiculous and they recommend surgery that isn't immediately necessary. I was there recently. They are all about $$$. Sending patients to that place will harm your credibility.

I LOVE this location. The staff is always amazing and on point with customer service. From Check in staff , pre exam, Dr, and sales associate are all awesome! No forced selling of additional services. They are very detailed in showing you your benefits and any specials they are running. They take their time to discuss your vision care and concerns. No pushy sales or no rush on selection. Ari walked around with both me and my son and actually provided feed back. From walking in and getting checked in, to seeing the Doctor, to getting pricing on contacts and glasses while not being pressured into buying anything, my experience was excellent. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely go back!
