Susan Polumbo provided my husband and I excellent assistance sorting out IRS procedures. The level of detail and accountability demonstrated by Sue was excellent. Also the J.Pappas accounting team dedication to processing returns and follow through is truly admirable.

They just did my 2020 taxes for the 3rd year in a row. They've done a great job every year. There was an overcharge this year, though, by $300 for their services. I paid it but then I wrote to Mr. Frankie Pappas about why...he responded with copies of my invoices...and I forgot to look at his response for more than a week. To my ASTONISHMENT, he took the initiative, wrote and followed up with me to be sure that I'd been charged correctly (I wasn't) and since it was a simple error, he immediately fixed it. THIS is a high level of customer service. I couldn't be happier with them.
