Called ahead of time to book two massages and was told by 2 pm. Arrived and was told that it was an hour wait. That it’s ok it was only an hour. Poor customer service! We left and found another just down the street with confirmation that we will be taken in and not be given a different time upon arrival

The massage itself was comparable and a little above average compared to other Asian massage parlors that I have visited over the years. Unfortunately, the body workers constant leaving the room to attend to others walking in, as well as, answering the phone took away from the relaxing experience. I did not receive any of those minutes back. While I understand that she was alone there, she could have easily forwarded the calls to someone else and possibly closed the front door until our session was over, which is usually what I have seen done elsewhere. The reason for the low rating was because she shorted me 20 minutes of my prepaid 90 minute session and that does not include the time away to attend to the walk-ins and telephone calls. She would not give me her name, as she was not happy with the over 20% tip that I gave her and even suggested to ask for another body worker if I was to come back. I usually do not post reviews, but I equate being shorted time with stealing and wanted to warn others planning on going there about same.
