She represents opposing party in my family case. She closed a case and then defrauded and lied to the courts to have it reopened. I have watched her manipulate the courts with her unethical tactics and disgusting lies. The things she says about the minor child in this case and his diagnoses and IEP is is wrong and insulting to special needs community. if representing yourself please read her orders carefully before having the judge stamp them! And I quote direct from Denise email, “insert child’s name, has never been diagnosed by any specialist with a PROBLEM”end quote. That is how Denise Erlich speaks about my diagnosed special needs child in email. Denise has sent people to show up places she knows my children will be, Denise has obtained through the court using her legal position access to my parenting plan with another child (unrelated to this case) to harass and threaten or intimate me. She is very unethical and when her unethical tactics don’t work she resorts to lying, making up threats that no one has said and lying to a GAL an attempt to harm children and their parenting plans. If you are looking for any attempt at being civil or co parent steer clear from this office. The Erlich Law Office is terrific! Denise is an organized professional who really helped me understand every step of the court process. She made sure to make my main concerns for my family her concerns. She was also honest and forthcoming with suggestions. It was refreshing to find a lawyer who not only knows the many laws of the court, but is also empathetic to the emotions a divorce entails.
Divorce is a painful and stressful process. Denise made it less so. Denise was very professional and at the same time compassionate during this terrible process. I am extremely happy with her representing me during this difficult process. She is very diligent, thorough, energetic, and sympathic. She has a lot of knowledge and is willing to do battle when it is necessary. She helped with a list of resources during and after the divorce. I can't thank her enough for all that she did.
