My husband and I have been going to Dynamic Strength since 2006. It's all about lifting very heavy weights very slowly. No need to change into workout clothing. It's temperature controlled, no sweating, just building lean muscle. We have continued to get stronger while our contemporaries are finding it tough to pull themselves off their couches.
