David was easy to work with and was a wealth of practical information as far as making decisions about products and design. He works with his father, Robert, and everyone on the team were good workers with an attention to details. Tom, the tiler, was pleasant to have around, and took pride in his work. Paperwork was accurate and professional. Communication was prompt and timely. I felt like we were in good hands throughout the project. “Our project was done in two phases: New Roof in May '23; Windows / Siding / Soffit / Fascia / Gutters in early August. The work was done VERY professionally. The crew did a great job of determining issues on our original construction (the house is 35 years old) and remediating necessary issues. They did a great job of cleaning up daily and they communicated with us the entire way. TJ is outstanding. He offered us options and suggestions for colors, materials and styles, and he and his crew queried us mid-job to ensure we were informed and we made informed decisions that had to be made. A big point I want to offer is that TJ is a stand-up guy that took responsibility for some damage (that wasn't necessarily his team's fault) wreaked by the July storms. It impacted gutters that were temporarily configured between the two jobs. He was contacted at 7:00AM on a day and his crew was on-site 3 hours later to review what was going on. AND he made right to help repair the damage. You can't ask for more. The workmanship is excellent, the quality is excellent, the materials are top-notch, the project was completed in the estimated time frames and on budget. He gave us next steps for taking care of our attic insulation to put a finishing touch on the work and ensure that the new soffits provided correct ventilation.
