Called twice last week and spoke with receptionist requesting a medication refill. Was told to give it up to 72 hours. First call on Tuesday and second call on Thursday. I was told “to just wait and it would be taken care of “. The weekend came and went and no refill. Called twice on Monday was told (during my first call) that the nurse had the message. On my second call was told to make an appointment as my doctor was no longer with the practice. This took a week to communicate? I now have a new doctor and it’s NOT with this group. Ridiculously awful communication and zero follow up. Won’t return here and advise others to stay away.
