I'm very disappointed with this place. I made a appointment with the number on here and we, set it up and when I was going to this appointment. I call Her to tell her I'm on my way the lady I guess Vicki try to say she never spoke to me regarding a appointment. which I have it on messages. She said she was going out of town and to call her back in a week. I did and she didn't even respond back. I wasted my time my gas and money. I will be telling groupon on her and she got nerves to put that I used the groupon.

This was one of the worst customer experiences of my life. I recently moved to the west side so I wanted to find a salon that I could frequent regularly that was fairly close. I turned to Groupon and found a deal for this establishment offering a $90 value short acrylic full set and pedicure combo for only $27. Perfect since they're only a 10 minute drive or rideshare away. They are appointment only so I called and set up for a Friday evening ahead of a major stage appearance. Unfortunately, I got stuck in traffic coming from a downtown meeting and ran 15 minutes late. When I first came to the pamper room I loved it chew chew was doing my nails and feet then Tracy started at first Tracy was very nice and polite I have a loyal customer for 6 years however I believe you shouldn’t ingnore your faithful customer phone call ? nor not respond to they texts that’s like a slap in my face I really feel bothered by that and the fact you never called me back nor answer my texts I spend my hard earned money supporting black owned business I love the service because tracy does a good job on my feet and manicure but to be mistreated I think that’s bad businessServices: Pedicures
