I needed a button sewn on for an upcoming event. I went 2 days after it was promised and it wasn't ready. I was surprised and told the woman I needed it for an event the next day. She tells me she's not the owner and to calm down. How about an apology and say you'll take care of it right away? Instead she was patronizing and put out. Never again. I can understand it not being ready, things happen. But talking down and rudely to a customer (when it's your mistake)...no thanks. Back to Breit Cleaners.
I've been going there for a few years, getting patches sewn on my biker vests. Rosa, the owner, takes good care of my biker vests needs with the patches. I'll continue going here for as long as they stay open for business.
That charge more than any other dry cleaners, are rude to their customers, don't have a cash register so they can't add things up correctly, and my clothes weren't pressed well.
