As a transfem, I never really know what kind of experience I might run into at any new provider, so when a trans friend recommended Oak Park Laser it meant a lot. Had my first session there yesterday (hair removal), and everything went great!
Dr. Rao is really calm, professional, considerate, actually listened and was transparent about everything, I felt really welcome there and I feel great about the future of my face! Really glad I found this place, highly recommended.
