Workouts are tailored to my level and abilities and address aches and pains when they arise. The nutritional coaching has been key for me as we review my weekly eating habits and tweak things slowly over time to eliminate unhealthy cravings with healthy substitutions and mental awareness of eating decisions. I wanted a realistic all around approach to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have done my share of extreme diets and workout regimens which work for a while but aren’t sustainable. Tommaso is focused on realistic long term strategies that will work long into the future and that is what I’m getting. I highly recommend working with Tommaso to tailor a program for you and achieve your specific goals.
