Nancy Paul, M.A, LMT, LPC specializes in facilitating emotional wellness through bodywork, talk therapy, and energywork such as Reiki and CranioSacral therapy. She is a licensed bodyworker and Licensed Professional Counselor. Trusting each person's inner wisdom and self-healing abilities, she listens deeply and facilitates wholeness. Nancy customizes treatments to honor each individual, blending elements of CranioSacral Therapy, EMDR, guided meditation, and Reiki. She attunes to the body, the emotions, and Spirit as one, and helps you attune to and accept all parts of yourself. Think of it as guided meditation; a way to find and unwind, to tend and befriend.
