While Dr. Fei was known to be a painless doctor, she was willing to lose a client over a $180 bill that's over 10 years old. I came back to see her with good insurance but it turns out I had find another doctor. Check out big smile dental on Milwaukee.

I would not recommend Dr Fei. My wife and I went there for a cleaning and she told both of us that we cavities that would need immediate fillings. She also did a full mouth scan and told my wife that she'd need other miscellaneous dental work done. The only reason we went there was due to our regular dentist being in Morocco as part of the Doctors Without Borders mission that he does every other year for one month. I would not recommend her as we waited and our regular dentist said our mouths and teeth were fine.

I love this dental office. The staff is flexible, caring, kind, and upfront. I have two boys that were both nervous patients before we came here but Dr. Fei puts them at ease immediately. They are also so flexible with scheduling and they don't hit you with surprise bills. I highly recommend this dentist.
