Jen always remember what we were talking about at my last appointment, despite the fact that there’s 6 months in between! I always learn something from Jen too, she’s very generous with sharing information and giving me individualized advice on how to care for my teeth. Dr. Gene is very thorough in his examination and considers multiple avenues for my needs, which I appreciate. I also appreciate him candidly telling me what needs immediate attention and what can wait. Definitely recommend R Family Dental!“

“Have you ever been to a dentist who has a chair that gives you a massage? That's just one example of how much Dr. Smith wants his patients to feel comfortable. His use of technology is amazing. He has a little camera that is hooked up to a computer. He doesn't just tell you that there is crack in your filling - he shows you where it is - magnified on the computer monitor. I needed an inlay and he took a picture of the tooth ready for the inlay. He has a computer program that uses that image to cut the material for the inlay right in his office lab. It's a perfect fit. What also impresses me are his communication skills. He presented me with a plan to show various procedures that needed to be done, the cost of each, and didn't make me feel pressured to do anything that I didn't want to. His staff is just as friendly as he is. Yes, it's expensive to have the work done, but I'm worth it!!!“
