Super easy to schedule with prompt answers to my questions ahead of time. Julio was thorough and explained everything very clearly to me throughout the inspection process. The follow up documents are also very clear and thorough. Highly recommend.
The process to schedule City Home Inspectors was very easy and I appreciated the informative video by the owner. We were scheduled with Jay (Julio). He was very informative and personable throughout the entire process. Everything we requested he look at, was done before we even asked. He answered all of our questions and was able to make great suggestions for the issues he saw. I would highly recommend this company and Jay specifically.
City Home Inspectors did a fantastic job for us. Jay was very kind and thorough and explained a lot to us and answered all of our questions, and then sent out the detailed and well-documented report right away. I appreciate the online scheduling option and lots of available appointments as our contract moved fast. I would definitely use this company again.
